If I am unable to connect with you within the first 5 minutes, I will either cancel your reading, reschedule, or offer you a full refund.

Please note that missed appointments will be charged the full fee. Rescheduling is not available with less than 2 days’ notice, and no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding and respect for this policy.
For Classes (Effective as of November 14th, 2025)
Please note that all class bookings are non-refundable. Once you have reserved your spot, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed or unattended classes. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
